Mount Rinjani Honeymoon Trek Via Sembalun 5 Days 4 Nights is a special trekking package for beginners or for those who want to have really relaxing time and feel more adventure on Mount Rinjani National Park.
This route starts from East Entrance (SEMBALUN), finishes at North (SENARU), includes Mt. Rinjani’s summit (3,726 m), Segara Anak Lake (crater), visit Hot Springs, and Crater Rim Base camp.
Fully organized (combination of adventure, leisure, ecotourism, safety).
Individual or group departures are available upon request. Rinjani Trek requires you to have a good level of fitness and the ability to walk long distances.
A person with mountain sickness or height phobia is not allowed to join this tour.

Group/sharing package is trip with our existing group on the day of departure, minimum 6 people on the group and maximum of 12 people.

Breakfast at our base camp (Rinjani Base Camp cottage) and briefing with your trekking guide.
After breakfast depart to Sembalun Lawang Village direct to Rinjani Information Center office for registration.
After completing the registration and just start the trek with a gentle ascent walking through open grassland to Pos 1 Pemantuan (1,300M), take some rest here and continue to Pos 2 Tengengean (1,500M), stop for lunch here.
After lunch continues to Pos 3 Pada Balong (1,800 m), stay at Pos 3 overnight. Enjoy the night at Pos 3 and make your trip unforgettable under the light of the stars.
After breakfast continue to hike to Plawangan Sembalun (Sembalun crater rim 2,639 m), the trek trail is harder and steeper with pines trees on the left and right sides.
Reach the crater rim in 3,5 hours, stay at the campsite overnight.
Enjoy and explore Sembalun Crater Rim and the best sunset moment from the campsite.
At the crater rim, there are many grey monkeys play around and looking for food. Beware with your luggage and put it inside the tent
Wake up at 03:00 AM starts is necessary for the hard three-hours climb to the summit (3,726 m) on the volcanic screen.
Once there, enjoy proud feelings of satisfaction and the amazing sunrise views across the Wallace Line to Bali, Mt. Agung, and Sumbawa,.
After breakfast down to the lake Segara Anak (2,000 m) within the Rinjani crater. It takes two to three hours down the steep trail to the crater lake and day 2’s camp.
The rest of the day is spent relaxing, swimming in the lake, and exploring the caves and pilgrimage hot springs, believed to have healing powers.
After breakfast, leave the lake and climb for two and half hours up to Plawangan 1 Senaru Crater Rim (2,461 m).
After lunch enjoys the views of the lake from the other side, relax, explore and await the sunset.
If the wind is cold, you may prefer to descend one hour to Cemara Lima and camp in the more sheltered forest.
After breakfast, descend down the long trail to Senaru village (601 m), through thick tropical forests rich in flora, birdlife, and a variety of butterflies.
You might see orchids and, if lucky, the rare black ebony leaf monkey, known locally as lutung. Rest stops are taken along the way.
After seven hours walk from the rim, (or five hours from Pos 3 Mondokon Lolak), the trek ends at Rinjani Trek Center at the road head in Senaru, where the car is waiting to transfer you to the airport or Senggigi.
