Please read these conditions carefully, they incorporate the basis upon which bookings are accepted by Rinjani Base Camp.

CHANGES IN PRICE AND ITINERARIES:
Prices are based on tariffs current at 2015, in the event of fluctuations in exchange rates or increases affecting the prices we pay for transportation, hotel accommodation and services generally, we reserve the right to adjust our prices as may be necessary at anytime up to and including the day of departure of your tour, even though the final payment has been made. If we are forced to change your booking or part of it for reasons beyond our control (for instance if an airlines changes its timetable or if a hotelier over books his hotel accommodation), we reserve the right to vary your itinerary and will give you, or cause to be given to you, prompt notice thereof.

In the event that any one changes or series of changes to your itinerary demonstrates that your tour has hereby become materially different from that contemplated prior to the change or changes being effected and in respect of which we have already accepted your deposit or final payment, you have the right to withdraw from the tour, and monies already paid will be refunded in full. With your agreement, we will rearrange your tour by providing alternative arrangements of, at least, the same standard as the one originally booked. If, in the likely event we have to cancel your booking because of insufficient numbers booked or because of events outside our control, we will, if we are able to, offer you an alternative tour of similar standard. If you do not accept the alternative, we will refund in full any monies already paid. It is essential that you check with our agent whether any such changes or variations have occurred in the tour you have chosen before you complete your booking.

DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT:
Your booking confirmation will be accepted not later than 30 days prior to departure date by transfer to our bank account with deposit of 25% from the cost of the package fare and the balance is full payment the latest of 7 days before departure date.
We are not responsible for any bank charges.

LATE BOOKINGS:
Bookings may be accepted up to 7 days prior to a tour departure but will be subject to availability of accommodation, flight and may be subject to the payment.

SINGLE SUPPLEMENT:
Must be paid when single traveler have been chosen.

CANCELLATION :
* If the cancellation is made within 21 days prior to departure date, the cancellation fee will be 25% of the cost of the package fare.

* If the cancellation is made within 15 days prior tp departure date, the cancellation fee will be 45% of the cost of package fare.

* If the cancellation is made within 5 days prior to departure date, the cancellation fee will be 85% of the cost of package fare.

Awenk Organizer also reserves the right to change the itinerary with or without notice if in the best interest of all concerned.

MODIFICATIONS :
After receiving our official confirmation of your tour, any change of tour, departure date, hotel, type of room, substitution or reduction of passengers names, will incur a US$30.00 amendment fee per booking file.

REFUNDS :
No refund will be made for any unused service included of the programs.

CONSUMER CLAIMS:
If you are unhappy about any aspect of the tour, please inform our local representative or agent immediately, who will do everything possible to resolve the problem on the spot, since it may prove difficult to take any effective action on your return. If, however, this matter can not be resolved, please write us to senaru.rinjanibasecamp@gmail.com.

BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS:
All booking arrangements are to be made through our office Rinjani Base Camp. A firm contract will exist between your self and Rinjani Base Camp. when your agent or our office issue our official confirmation of your booking following receipt of the deposit prescribed. The contract will be governed by and subject to the terms & conditions and the general information contained in this site. No variation of the tour conditions shall be of any effect unless made in writing and with the authority of Rinjani Base Camp.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
You are strongly recommended to purchase your own travel insurance for trip cancellations, hospitalization, medical evacuation, loss of baggage, etc. So please consult with reliable travel insurance companies.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
All visitors to Indonesia must be in possession of a valid passport (+6 month valid) and having proof of onward passage (return ticket), a visa is required for tourists visiting indonesia from many countries. The visa can be obtained at your point of entry airport (check indonesia embassy website for a complete list). Airport visas can be up to 1 month and are non-extendable. Please consult your Embassy for help in acquiring the proper visa before entering indonesia.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE FARE:
Charges for passports, inoculations, excess baggage charges, accident and baggage insurance, items of personal nature such as beverages, laundry service, tips and gratuities and more…

AIR TRAVEL:
Participating carriers on these tours are Merpati Airlines, Lion Airlines, Batavia Air, and Garuda Airways specially to Sulawesi. However, it may at certain times be necessary to use the services of other airlines. No airline will incur responsibility or liability to any person named in the booking, aside from that liability as may be incurred as the carrier.

BAGGAGE:
For all domestic economy baggage regulation limit check in luggage for each passenger to two bags/pieces. However, neither bag/piece may exceed a total dimension of 20kg each. We recommend you to take the necessary baggage during the trip. In case you have checked-out from the hotel, please pack your baggage and locked it to store at our office. We will take it back to you on your arrival from the trip

TRAVEL ACCOMMODATION :
The best transportation is available. Rinjani Base Camp utilizes coaches and owned by its operating companies and associations.

Rinjani Base Camp guarantees to provide the high standard of service with in the limitation of the destination involved.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY:
We always do our best to make sure your tour arrangements are satisfactory and we accept liability for, but only to the extent of, any loss or damage sustained by you as a result of our negligence or that of our employees or agents. However, we can not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of those airlines, coach operators, hoteliers, or other persons providing service in connection with your holiday pursuant to a contract between themselves and yourself (which may be evidenced in writing by the issue of a ticket, voucher, coupon or the like) and over whom we have no direct and exclusive control. We do not accept
any liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majored or other events which are beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part, including but not limit to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of government or of any authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment of industrial action (whether or not involving our employees, and even though such action may be
settled by acceding to the demands of a labor group).
